IV INTERNATIONAL SILICON IN AGRICULTURE CONFERENCE

The University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN) and the South African Sugarcane Research Institute (SASRI), are pleased to be hosting the IV Silicon in Agriculture Conference to be held on the Wild Coast, KwaZulu-Natal from the 26-31 October 2008.

The general theme of the conference is “The Integrated Use of Silicon in Crop Production” and the purpose of the conference is to bring together academia, researchers and industrial specialists who will present their latest scientific findings, and deliberate issues pertaining to silicon (Si) research in production of food and industrial crops throughout the world.
