About me
I am chemical engineer with 30 years of experience in Latin America, specifically in the production of sugar, alcohol and derived as acetic acid and acetates. I know a lot about the production of direct white sugar and I have even been able to replace the sulfur in this process. My work in these industries has been in the production area, projects and in the factory management. I am proactivo, I like to work in team and able to work under pressure.

I am a sugar technologist from INDIA. My academic qualification is B.Sc.(PCM) kanpur University.I did my postgraduation in sugar technology from National Sugar Institute Kanpur, India in the year 1973.I have since then served sugar industry for 35 yrs at various levels. Now for last 25yrs I am holding an important post of production head.During the long span of service I had gained experience of sulphitation process, phosphitation process of syrup ,filtrate,& melt clarification.At present I am General Manager Production in a sugar plant of a reputed group in India whose total capacity is around 150000 tonnes of cane grinding daily.I am well conversant with computer and Internet use and also holding position of Member Representative of companey in respect of I S O 14001 AND OHSAS 18001 CECTIFICATION.I have experience of distillary and co-generation project also.Steam and fuel economy are my favourate subjects in sugar process.
